Beautiful Multicultural Wedding Day in San Luis Obispo
Angela and Max live in New York so this was a true destination wedding at the beautiful Higuera Ranch in San Luis Obispo, CA. The venue’s story began in 1769 when Franciscan missionaries planted figs along the Pacific Coast Trail. These trees soon became a symbol of faith, hope, and strength; all important qualities to incorporate into a wedding and marriage.
The couple chose a neutral color scheme with pops of pink, and it certainly became a rustic-modern dream! The pair blended their respective cultures—Catholic, Jewish, and Filipino—beautifully throughout their ceremony with a chuppah, the breaking of the glass, lighting the candles, exchanging coins, and a sand ceremony. Talk about an action-packed day!
Everyone danced the night away to DJ Bob’s tracks and did a fantastic job showering the couple with love. Sparks were literally flying for the newlyweds’ send-off, sending them directly into the pool—wedding attire and all! It was a perfect and beautiful day for Angela and Max.
