This bohemian styled shoot was inspired by the grandeur of the red rock Fountain Formation at Arrowhead Golf Club. Natalie Dawley and Rachel Low from Two Be Wed, worked to highlight the scenic backdrop with a complementary color palette. The invitation suite from Nib & Pixel carried on the earthy scenic vibe with touches of leather and wood. For the ceremony, simple farm benches were paired with an ornate aisle made of vintage rugs from Matt Camron Rugs. The Makery created a wedding cake that emphasized the nature-inspired theme with earth tone brush strokes, marble triangular accents, and a wooden laser cut tree. A mountain of brownies acted as the groom’s cake. A dusting of powdered sugar gave the illusion of snowcapped mountains. Blood orange mojitos were served as the signature cocktail, featuring sprigs of rosemary and feather drink stirrers. Mixed and matched china and tribal print plates created a modern yet rustic look for the reception. A driftwood and air plant centerpiece from Ribbon & Twine Floral was used to play up the arid climate, while two golden floral stands accented with olive tree branches, elevated the look and balanced the table with the scenery. The shoot ended on a dramatic note, when Moran Lynn Photography captured pictures of the couple along a jagged cliff just as a thunderstorm rolled in. Almost as if nature knew it was the star of the show.
