Seth and Machi's large-scale wedding at the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg took a turn as COVID-19 began to spread across the world. With the couple moving to the PNW soon, and not knowing when travel bans would be lifted, these St. Pete locals chose to elope in the spring of 2020. Keeping the guest count under 10, Seth and Machi had only their closest friends and family there to celebrate with them in person, while several others joined through Zoom.

Peach and blush flowers from Iza's Flowers Inc. decorated the courtyard of the museum. The octagonal arch and fountain overflowing with fresh blooms were the perfect backdrop for this intimate ceremony.

"While it wasn’t the wedding we had planned, it was honestly everything we wanted and more! I knew that even if we had to give up other things, Ashley Izquierdo Photography was the one person we absolutely wanted there. Thank you, Ashley!" says Machi.
