Keen Events and Sweetlife Photography captured everything on Natalie and Matt’s special day, from the first look and intimate jitters, to the couple sneaking into the reception for a nice stiff drink. The pair’s first few moments were captured at the whimsically romantic International Rose Garden in Portland, OR. With full blooms gracing the frame and their adoration at the forefront, this was the perfect juxtaposition to the evening’s festivities. The ceremony was held during the dreamy, golden hour with light spilling in from the windows and the ever so prominent Portland skyline as the backdrop. The Leftbank Annex was the perfect location for the couple’s urban chic wedding with its exposed warm, brick and industrial piping throughout. Falling in love in the city, yet growing up otherwise, the presence of lively, fresh greenery and light colors was a must have. The Flower Market exceeded their expectations with the day’s floral arrangements by creating a gorgeously extravagant eucalyptus garland complete with peonies, cremones, and alstroemeria to run the 28-person head table. Accompanying each guest table were gracefully understated gold, round vases filled with a mixture of white flowers and eucalyptus. The city’s evening glow trickling through the steel windows couldn't have been a better accent to the charming twinkle lights and rich, gold finishes.
