Your wedding is monumental - not something you want to say "I'll manage" to. You want someone working for you who will create an overall wedding design that reflects your love story and not the latest trend on Pinterest. You deserve someone who will ensure all important tasks have been carefully considered, coordination items have been completed with all vendors, your budget remains on track, and vendors with red flags have been spotted.

I do this year-round and am well-acquainted with the industry. Part of my responsibility to you is to assist you in avoiding these wedding planning errors that you are likely to make if you decide to plan your event on your own. I am entirely confident in our process together and even publish blogs to educate others, all while continuing my own education in the industry.

Our process together is designed to be phase-based and easy to manage. You will be informed of every step we take together well in advance so you always know what to expect from me. I build in breaks in between each phase as well so you can allow yourself to enjoy engagement and fully experience every moment.


You want to do things on your own and I understand that entirely. I am here for you and available to answer any questions you have along the way. I will check in with you each month to see how the planning and design processes are going. Allowing me to be a part of the process creates a smoother transition between completing your design/plans and beginning the finalization process.
10 weeks before your event, I am dedicated to you. You will have access to me 24/7 via email, phone calls, and text messages. Introducing myself to all of your vendors is how I begin this process; ensuring all aspects of the day are communicated and guaranteeing all vendors are set up to thrive. I will work around your schedule to pencil in a venue walk-through. You and your partner, along with a few other key vendors, will be present during this walk-through to coordinate the final details of your day. Together, along with your team of vendors, we will produce the final documents that will make your wedding day a complete success.

Our planning process is broken up into 3 phases. Following our initial consultation, we begin Phase 1 where I will be working diligently to provide you with recommendations of vendors that best suit your budget, style, and preferences. I will attend venue site visits and vendor meetings with you, providing questions to ask along the way so we can spot red flags before booking. I will also assist you in securing their services and/or products and hold a record of contracts or important documents for quick reference if needed. Once we have vendors reserved, we will begin Phase 2: the design phase. This is where we begin to talk about your event in great detail. What do you want the main focus to be? How do you want to feel and how do you want your guests to feel? What do you care most/least about? Finally, what needs to be done in order to bring these ideas together to create your overall vision? This is where we will spend the majority of our time together because the finest details are what truly make ever-lasting memories for both you and your guests. After your design is finalized, we will begin to implement the design into the final phase of planning; this is also known as my event management process.
