My goal is to provide for you a stress-free wedding planning experience while allowing you to focus on each other and creating memories with the friends and family members who have come to celebrate with you!

Offering full-service wedding coordination and management from the beginning to your farewell wave as you leave at the end of the reception, This is perfect for those couples who have demanding schedules or who live outside the area in which they are being married.
Events by Lexi researches and contacts providers and brings all information to you for your decision. We also visit sites and attend scheduled meetings with your with providers. Lexi coordinates and organizes the details so you can enjoy your engagement!

Overall event management to take care of any problems that may arise during your event. I will remain easily accessible to you and attend to any need you may have.
This package is perfect for those couples who have time, are pretty organized, and need some assistance with details during the planning months. This package includes referrals to any remaining providers you need to secure, as well as such things as attendance at the walkthrough, direction of the rehearsal,
and overseeing the flow of the wedding day.
This package is perfect for those couples who have the time and organization ability to plan the wedding details but find they are in need of some assistance with tying up those loose ends as the wedding day approaches. Lexi will review the providers' contracts, attend the walkthrough, create the online timeline, coordinate the rehearsal, and provide overall supervision on the wedding day!
This package is perfect for those couples who are having a small, intimate wedding ceremony and continuing on to a restaurant or small reception space for a celebratory dinner (not a full-fledged reception) where a coordinator may not be needed.

Industrial Downtown Baltimore Wedding
This wedding was held at the Baltimore Museum of Industry giving guests the opportunity to learn a bit more about Baltimore! This spacious venue has 2 outside options for the ceremony, with the reception in a large area with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Baltimore's Inner Harbor! The ceremony also can be held indoors in the case of inclement weather.

Our favorite part of what Lexi did was when the weather changed unexpectedly and she stayed cool and came up with a backup plan for the ceremony and cocktail hour. She was decisive, calm, and in control. She is great at problem-solving and kept us informed of new developments in a timely way.
Overall, we thought Lexi did an amazing job in understanding the cross-cultural aspects of our Kenyan American wedding and ensured all vendors were on board and ready to execute.
Last-minute meeting venue changes were easily accommodated. Her wedding checklist beats anything I have ever seen online and trust me when I tell you this, She knows her stuff!!
Justin and I will always be grateful for your help Lexi and are convinced you are the best decision we made as far as wedding planning goes!

I really loved the extra personal touches, like little gifts through out the year and also having the Aisle Planner website to help us plan.
When it came to day of coordination she kept everything running smooth and our wedding could not have been more perfect.
Over all, Lexi was wonderful to work with and we would recommend her to anyone looking for both day of coordination and start to finish planning .

We didn't ask her to do all that, she just did it because that level of care is who she is and what she offers. I'd already been confident in working with her, but in that moment, I knew the most important event of my life was absolutely safe in her hands. We hired Lexi as a day of coordinator but got so much more. She made several calls prior to the date to firm up all the details of our wedding and was as knowledgeable about our vision as we were. She completely ran our rehearsal, which we were not capable of doing. Lexi helped to focus us in on aspects of the wedding we hadn't considered and even sent us sweet little gifts along the way to keep us excited about our wedding. We also had access to tools via the Aisle Planner to make sure everything from seating our guests to creating lists of family photos we wanted were at our fingertips. We also would like to mention that Lexi came equipped with a huge emergency kit for the day of the wedding. We did end up needing her scissors to open up the seams on the boys suit pockets. We both feel that Lexi made our wedding run without worry. Everything went so smoothly due to Lexi being behind the scenes keeping everything on track. We were able to step back and just enjoy the details we picked out, and time with family and friends.
We are very happy we decided to book Lexi.

We quickly learned from Lexi how to go about avoiding conflicts or mishaps during our wedding by spearheading them before they happen. I'm very relaxed and with a carefree attitude... almost to a fault, Lexi did all the worrying for me. She had a schedule of when everything needed to be chosen by and what info I needed on that vendor, she then followed up with that vendor making sure they were code, insured and were prepared for current covid restrictions. Lexi was so very organized, she's also educated and well spoken... she communicated very well with our other vendors and the wedding went perfect. I'm only learning now of an event during the wedding that we were not made aware of during... I'm really glad we had Lexi there so that we could be present at our wedding and let her worry about all the little things. Little things like having a schedule... then to print it up, and just as important to make sure each vendor had one... I never would've done that!
I've never paid for a coordinator or planner before, I know I never would've pulled this off as beautiful at it was without her. Any event I ever have in the future you can be sure I'll use Lexi, she's worth her weight in gold. I like that there's different degrees of work we can pay her for. .. I can't see any reason why anyone would want to do all what she does on their own, it's just not possible! You can't coordinator your own wedding and actual be available for anything on the big day.... out of all the things you invest in, invest in her and her proven work first.... I can assure her you'll be very glad you did.

Lexi kept me organized and told me exactly what exactly I needed to be doing throughout the planning process. She was also in contact with all my vendors so everyone was on the same page.
Overall, I would highly recommend working with Lexi, she was wonderful to work with!

We had check-in calls every few weeks which were great with keeping us on track. When it finally came time for our wedding day, Lexi took care of everything. I still can hardly believe that I was able to fully enjoy my wedding day...I am not exaggerating when I say I had not an ounce of stress! Everything went so smoothly and Lexi made sure we stuck to the timeline.
Many of my family members even made comments to me that Lexi was so on it, and my other vendors (DJ, photographer, caterer) all told me she was great to work with! In addition, Lexi is incredibly thoughtful and she adds so many little personal touches throughout the process -- you can really tell she loves what she does and genuinely cares about the couples she works with. You really can't go wrong if you work with Lexi!
