Our wedding went down without a hitch. Val and her team made it so easy and accommodating even though it was last minute and we live 3,000 miles away. Amazing.

The ladies at Hitched in Hawaii made all of our wedding day dreams come true!! They are so kind, friendly, responsive, professional, and offer so much help throughout the planning process. Lani was everywhere at once on our wedding day, working her magic to make everything happen while still always being there for us. I am so grateful for all of HiH's help with everything in our wedding. Looking back on the day, HiH will be a fond memory. You can't go wrong with these girls!

Our wedding would have been so much chaos without this dream team! There are a million little things that we didn't even think of, or that we thought we needed to find separately on our own, but they had literally everything we needed for rentals and they brought it all themselves the day of and set everything up! Some examples are champagne glass rentals, substitute wedding favors for children, a big seating chart print out on an easel, a cute little non-alcoholic beverage station, linens, fabric decor for our arch... They really were the heart and soul of making our wedding happen smoothly with nothing forgotten. It was almost my turn to walk down the isle with my dad when Danielle, (one of our coordinators) asked me if I decided against wearing my veil which I definitely didn't! I had left it across the field in the club house!!!! Then Lani (another one of our coordinators) sped to and from the clubhouse with a cloud of dirt and rocks as tall and long as her SUV trailing behind her!!!! These girls literally saved my life and made sure I wasn't TOO late down the isle lol. Without them my veil wouldn't have made the wedding. We are eternally grateful for how hard this team worked for us not just because it was their job but because they genuinely cared about our wedding being perfect. We would recommend Hitched In Hawaii to everyone and anyone getting married on Oahu!!! 10 starts :)

I couldn’t be more grateful to have worked with the team from Hitched in Hawaii! For starters, planning a wedding during a pandemic with very strict regulations was stressful enough, but planning a destination wedding made it that much more difficult, all while working as a nurse during this pandemic. I remember reaching out to wedding coordinators/ planners when we initially started planning our wedding back in January 2021 and I didn’t feel too inclined to invest in day of coordination as I was so excited to plan on my own. A few weeks leading up to our wedding day I realized that, while we had planned most of our wedding details and vendors, I had a rush of vendors reaching out to me constantly while I was at work and I became quite overwhelmed. I remember following Hitched in Hawaii for some time and decided to reach out to inquire about day of coordination. Lucky for me, Val picked up the phone and I instantly felt a connection! I was very big on feeling a connection with my vendors and I knew from the moment Val and I had our initial consult I had to have Hitched in Hawaii as a part of our wedding day.

I had the pleasure of having Lani (Ashley) as my day of coordinator. I literally couldn’t have asked for a better person to be there helping me on the day of my wedding! Lani was absolutely AMAZING. I only had about two weeks until my wedding day and WOW might I add Lani was so on top of everything. To getting my timeline organized, to her timely communication, to being my point person when it came to communicating with all of my vendors, and all of the little details. She helped make my small intimate wedding into the most magical night for my husband and I. Lani’s attention to detail cannot be matched. She was there for anything we needed and by anything I mean anything and everything. It was so windy the day of our wedding and Lani came to the rescue with the gorilla tape making sure our table runners and center pieces did not fly off the tables. Lol. The morning of the wedding day I realized one of our vendors forgot to send over the cake knife and serving set we rented. One quick text to Lani and she took care of it and got us a knife and serving set herself. She even noticed that our ceremony arch was leaning and reached out to our vendor to come and fix the arch to make sure it looked perfect come ceremony time. It was all the details and more that made our experience working with Lani and Val so incredible. Investing in Hitched in Hawaii to be a part of our wedding was definitely one of the best decisions. I remember hearing from so many family members rave about my coordinator. So huge shout out to Lani! Thank you so much for helping make our day so magical!!

Hitched in Hawaii wedding coordinating SAVED my life!! I would say "End of Story," but there are so many details I MUST share about Val & why I chose her to plan our wedding!! Our wedding was not big-- 80 guests & at the beginning planning stages, I thought I could do everything myself. Um I was so wrong. As time grew closer towards the big day, I was feeling anxious & Val was very flexible to work with us, as well as our budget. Once we talked, it was like a weight was lifted instantly. She not only worked to achieve my vision precisely, she also met with me to assure proper execution of bridal "to-do's" leading up to the day-of, necessary bridal party info, vendor suggestions, timely correspondence, she even allowed me to use her inventory/extra decor for a small fee, she made sure to attend our rehearsal dinner & answered all of our questions regarding wedding etiquette. In addition, she maintained contact with our venue manager, photographer etc. Why choose "Hitched in Hawaii?" Val is capable of all things, I had a last minute "big" request for our altar & she miraculously achieved it!! I don't know of any other wedding planner like her, Val she's got your back!! :] She literally stuck behind me till the moment I stepped foot onto the aisle. The best thing about Val.... not just her expertise or professionalism but the integrity, sincerity, genuineness she has... also the desire to build relationship with her clients.. not to fulfill for ONE day, but a lasting & caring impression that goes beyond a wedding timeline. She has an amazing heart, is thoughtful & is motivated by her passion, which truly shows through her design & work. We would definitely recommend Val to our friends & family. If you are planning a wedding in Hawaii without a question use Hitched in Hawaii! Planning a wedding can be stressful and take the joy out of it but my experience with hitched in Hawaii was the opposite!! We had the wedding of our dreams and it was because of the amazing work from hitched in Hawaii.

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. We couldn't have wished for better service for our Hawaii Wedding. Travelling from Australia, we felt comfortable throughout the whole process knowing that the team at Hitched in Hawaii had everything covered! Would highly recommend.
