Sydney is a “do-er” and resourceful which is everything you need in a wedding coordinator. She only came to me to ask a couple of questions or fill me in on various happenings, and took care of the rest. The day was perfect and “flawless” to my knowledge— if there were any mishaps, I am totally unaware. I recommend using her company’s services.

We hired Sydney for our day of coordinator and had the best experience with her! From the moment she started our coordinating she was very helpful and answered any questions we had and was always available when I needed her! Our day would not have been the same without her, everything ran so smoothly and we are so thankful! I will definitely be recommending her to anyone I know planning a wedding!

Sydney is absolutely amazing to work with! I cannot believe how smoothly my Wedding day went and it was all because of Sydney!! It was almost as if she could read my mind and I loved it. She knew everything I needed and wanted. Sydney is worth every penny anymore! If you hire her for your wedding you will not be disappointed, I promise!

Sydney was the most amazing planner we could have asked for. In the middle of a pandemic, she was a necessary constant and resource. She helped us so much on the day of. Our day would have been so much more stressful without her. My husband and I were able to sit back and enjoy our day without worrying about any of the small details. Sydney helped to make our day so special and we couldn't have done it without her. If you are having trouble deciding whether or not you need a coordinator, the answer is, you do. If not for anything else, but to have a second support to help you with the small stuff. Syndey did an amazing job and we could not be happier that we found her. Our was perfect because of her.

Sydney was the best!
Although I was asking for a jumble of mess. She did everything I ever wanted on my wedding day!!! She coordinated friends and family and the positions of my decor that I brought from home. Thank God there was no problem because without her, through corona I think I would of died. She gave me her opinion when I wanted it, she was friendly to everyone, and organized my wedding. Through corona and wildfires, Sydney did it all.

Not really sure what was done..I organized everything, called the vendors and reminded myself of payments. Very poor communication. Day or coordinator did not listen and did not do anything I asked; asked for open toasts, order of people to walk, songs, etc. I saw her help clean up dishes and take pictures. Not sure what time she arrived day of, since it was after everyone set everything up - thought day of meant the entire day bit I guess not. Huge waste of money.

We are so sorry that you didn't find services helpful. Because you are unsure of what was done, here is a list of the services we provided for you on and before your day:

-Unlimited communication throughout the planning process
-Exclusive access to client planning software
-Creation of a customized planning checklist
-Arrange & attend Venue walk-through to discuss layout, floor plan, and guest flow
-Creation of a wedding day timeline for Vendors
-Creation of Wedding Party wedding day timeline (upon request)
-Vendor confirmation of arrival & departure times
-Collection of personal decor items such as programs, favors, table numbers, guest book
-Coordination of Rehearsal & ceremony run through
-Coordination & supervision during all aspects of the wedding day
-Execution of the wedding day timeline
-Setup of wedding decor items such as programs, favors, table numbers, guest book & misc. decor
-Use of Coordinator’s emergency kit
-Delegation of clean up, gifts & decor items to correct personnel upon departure

If you were looking for planning services we would have been happy to discuss those options for you but you made it clear you were only looking for day of coordinating services. Your coordinator arrived at 1pm as stated on the timeline that was sent to you and your vendors. If you wanted us there for more time before your ceremony we would have been happy to adjust our time based on what you needed us there for. We did reach out to all of your vendors to confirm arrival and departure times for your timeline, as promised and we managed all vendors day of. We made multiple attempts to reach out to you and try and set up a call to finalize the timeline and you refused. Unfortunately a lot of this could have be resolved with a phone call to go over final details, wants and adjustments. We wish you both the best of luck in the future and again we apologize you felt the services provided were not worth your money.

We actually hired Sunflower Entertainment and Sydney as our “Day Of” Wedding Coordinator in 2019 for our wedding, originally scheduled for September of 2020. Well, as we all know by now, COVID wreaked havoc on the entire year. We rescheduled the day for July of 2021, with a “wait and see” approach. As we went into 2021, we held little hope of actually having a wedding. But as we approached late Spring, it seemed we might have a chance to have a wedding, thanks to the vaccines and the progress the state was making.

We finally pulled the trigger and excitedly contacted Sydney. We told her we were ready to proceed, with a watchful eye on King/Pierce County infection rates. Compressing a typically months-long process into three months was harrowing to say the least. We called Sydney…a lot! We argued a lot! We (my fiancée and I) planned…a lot! There were days it just seemed like it would be too much. Yet, every time we reached out to Sydney for advice, an opinion or a vendor; she was there to walk us back from the edge; assuring us that our day would memorable and amazing. How anyone does this for a living…I will never know. She makes it look so effortless.

Our wedding was finally held on 7/17/21. Sydney was right. It was the most memorable occasion ever. The flowers. The Table. The Food. The Music. Having friends come from near and far to celebrate our nuptials amidst a beautifully transformed venue on a gorgeous, Pacific Northwest Day was everything I could have asked for. Sydney and her assistant, Mallory cheered us down the aisle toward our next chapter. I still remember her smile; like a proud big sister thinking: “I got my guys to the finish line!” Thank you Sydney for everything you did to get us there. We love you and would highly recommend anyone reading this, reach out for the kind of Planning and Coordinating services that busy professionals and spastic Brides and Grooms can count on, LOL!

Sydney was great! Right from the start, she helped me get the vision I had in my head come to life for my wedding! Also, even though I was technically running late, she helped calm me down and let me know that everything was ok and this is a time to enjoy, not to stress. Important thing too — Sydney helped me stay on budget!!
Thank you Sydney for making my wedding day very special, even in Covid times!

I can not write enough about my experience with Sydney. Planning a wedding is not easy but Sydney made the experience so smooth. I had her as a day of coordinator but I think she went above and beyond with this. We had multiple calls and meetings up to the event which made me so confident that everything would run smoothly. I feel like she had a sixth sense on the day of and if I was even thinking I had a question she was instantly by my side with an answer before I could ask. I can not thank her enough for such an amazing experience that I will never forget!

Sydney was absolutely critical in ensuring everything went perfectly at our wedding. From communicating with our vendors to helping with layout and juggling changing regulations, we appreciated the peace of mind that she brought to our wedding planning and day of logistics. Our wedding went seamlessly with Sydney's help and we recommend her to anyone getting married!

Sydney is the best and we absolutely recommend her and her team! Sydney was very attentive in all aspects and took control of the day, relieving us of all unnecessary stress and enabling us to fully enjoy ourselves and our guests. I truly can't can't imagine having done this without her. Thank you!

Liz was a dream! She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and things were in their place! She even made a point to come get me and my husband to make sure we took a little time to ourselves! If I were to do it all again I would hire Liz in a heartbeat! 10/10 would recommend!

Sunflower entertainment was the heartbeat of our special day, it was a complicated process as weddings always are and yet it went off without a hitch. To be in this business and give couples and families the gift of all of the special memories is so significant. It was excellent working with Sydney and Sami for our July 2021 wedding. The pair was very responsive throughout your whole planning process and had a very easy system for us to communicate our exact needs / timeline for the event. They were even flexible around when we could do meetings / tours of event space. On the event day Sami was there and highly responsive keeping all of our other vendors and the event on track. Thanks both!

I've helped to coordinated a few wedding days for friends and am pretty Type A in general. So I had high expectations for what our wedding day would look like and how it would function, and we were VERY happy with Sydney & Sami. Everything looked exactly as we'd hoped, they managed timeline very effectively and left us to simply enjoy our day and party. Our ceremony and reception were in two different locations and they managed the decor/vendors/flow at both! We are glad we hired them and would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding day or large event.

To say that Sydney made my wedding day run smoothly is the understatement of the century. She put out fires before they were fires, thought about details that never crossed my mind, and handled everything with the ease and professionalism of a business-woman beyond her years. The care she puts into making everything work and making you feel special is evident through her actions and I can’t thank Sunflower entertainment enough. Thank you for making my day special Sydney.

Sydney went above and beyond to meet all of our needs for our wedding day! She helped all of our vendors get on the same page, was very helpful in organizing the flow of the wedding day, and provided so many good ideas to help our day go smoother. We couldn’t have done it without her!!

If you are looking for someone to coordinate your wedding or just help you with your special day, Sydney Holt is the person for you! ! She was incredible, she bent over backwards for us finding a cute table for our sand ceremony and more. She made us feel like we didn’t need to do anything and have everything set up how I imagined it. Sydney was very professional and on time and also did everything with ease. I give her 5 stars for her work.

I had a wonderful time working with Sydney & Mallori for my wedding! I personally haven't been to many weddings so the coordination of vendors and timelines were especially daunting on top of planning and everything else. They both helped us up through our wedding day; Sydney was great about reminding me to do things (haha) and also came out to the WA coast from the Seattle area just for our site visit. Then we had Mallori as our day of coordinator and with her help at the rehearsal and on our wedding day, I was actually relaxed! I felt confident everything was getting taken care of and the whole day went so well. I would definitely recommend Sunflower Entertainment for any wedding or large event!

Danielle was an amazing day of coordinator! Sydney was fantastic at setting us up with someone who understood our plans and style and Danielle was wonderful at executing the atmosphere we were looking for!
