With our Full Service Event Design + Coordination Package, we will walk you through the entire planning process from start to finish. We will assist you in conceptualizing colors, mood, and creative decor, personalized to your taste, style and uniqueness as a couple. We will refer vendors of the highest caliber that cater to your needs, negotiating and collaborating with your florist, graphic designer, venue, and more. You will receive unlimited phone calls, meetings, and email correspondence regarding your event as well as access to our complete task management system to keep all of your plans organized. Together, we will get into all the gorgeous little details that create a one of a kind, truly personalized event that is nothing short of unforgettable.

This package is perfect for the couple looking for design guidance and execution, but enjoys coordinating the logistics on the front end. We will guide you in conceptualizing, creating and executing a personalized event while collaborating with a preferred list of wedding artists to help create a unique design. You will gain access to our online task management system and receive unlimited communication as your wedding approaches. From the photographer to the florist and all the pretty details in between, we will be able to button things up nicely with flawless execution on your special day.

For the couple who has completed most of the planning process but would like assistance tying up loose ends and maintaining contact with vendors to ensure a seamless orchestration of the event.

Our Month-Of Coordination Package Includes:

Unlimited correspondence with your coordinator during the month prior to your wedding
Site walkthrough to go over diagram and event flow
Rehearsal orchestration
Contact with vendors during the month prior to your wedding
Creation of day-of itinerary and diagrams
Distribution of final itinerary to vendors and bridal party
8 hours of supervision and direction of ceremony and reception set-up (with option of additional hours as needed)
Placement of all personal items, favors, escort cards, etc
Day-of event management and troubleshooting
Distribution of final vendor payments and gratuities
Guest and vendor liaison
Access to online task management system to keep all your plans organized (design boards, budget, checklists, guest list, etc)
