Event Planning and Budgeting

Venue and Vendor recommendations, assistance with booking + contracts

Event Design – walk-through of event space, mood board creation, presentation of design ideas and concepts, design execution, selection and booking of décor, furnishings, tables or other design elements to highlight theme and aesthetic, design mock up and floor plan creation

Guest Management – guest list management and RSVP tracking, hotel
accommodations

Onsite Event Execution – set-up, vendor supervision, guest assistance

Post Event– tear down of event and ensuring all contracts are complete

We design and create the ultimate experience that your guests will never forget. Items such as invitations, backdrops, lighting, decor and entertainment are all intertwined to ensure your event is a show stopper.

What does event design look like? – walk-through of event space, mood board creation, presentation of design ideas and concepts, design execution, selection and booking of décor, furnishings, tables or other design elements to highlight theme and aesthetic, design mock up and floor plan creation.

You've planned out your event, now what? We become your behind the scenes clone. Stepping in about two months prior to your event, we handle all vendor liaison, timelines, floor plans, details, schedules, logistics and execution of event set up so you can relax and truly enjoy your experience.

Onsite Event Execution – 12 hours of onsite execution, event set-up, vendor guidance, guest assistance, event transitions and ensuring day remains on schedule.

Post Event– tear down of event, ensuring all rentals are returned and all contracts are complete.

Venue recommendations, tours, compilation of details, assistance with booking, contracts and correspondence.

Vendor research and recommendations, attendance at meetings, assistance with bookings, contracts, negotiations and full correspondence.

Guest list management and RSVP tracking, management of hotel accommodations and transportation.

Assistance with menu selection and creative bar ideas.

No event is complete without some form of entertainment. Entertainment recommendations, assistance with booking, coordination and correspondence of all entertainment. (ie. band, DJ, photobooth, live performances, hands on experiences).

My fiancé and I started planning our wedding right after we were engaged in Fall of 2019. We were referred to Bella Mystique by our florist and after an initial meeting with Brittany and Katie, we knew they were right for us. We chose the day-of coordination package as we were doing most of the design planning ourselves. Everything was going along well, and then the pandemic arrived. What followed was months of difficult conversations, drastic changes to our original plans, and questions, so many questions. Brittany was there every step of the way. She engaged us more than she had to give us updates on new state mandates, ideas for putting on a safe event, and keeping us on track as we continued to plan our wedding with the original date. We could not have imagined attempting to navigate the constantly changing environment without her help.

Our big day finally arrived this last weekend, but not before yet another curveball which Brittany came to the rescue. 3 days before our wedding, we learned that our photographer was sick and her status for our wedding was in question. We could not risk rolling the dice, so I reached out to Brittany for help. At this time, Brittany was out of the state and working night and day for another wedding. She managed to find time to reach out to her network of photographers to see if anyone was available in a pinch and sure enough was able to get us connected with an amazing replacement in a day. I'm not sure how we would have found someone in that short of time without her.

All of this before the actual day-of coordination, which is what we signed up for! Brittany came to the rehearsal and directed us beautifully. My fiancé and I were relying on Brittany to take charge of this and she did just that. Everything played out beautifully during the actual ceremony Saturday. Brittany was at our venue all day Saturday helping get set up. We had a LOT of miscellaneous items that needed to be in place. I was at the venue Saturday morning and was helping move some items myself before Brittany pulled me aside and told me to stop, "I've got this." She could not have been more right, as by the time we got back to our venue ahead of the ceremony literally every single detail had been covered. It was so re-assuring to have someone so confident and prepared and really put our minds at ease as we were getting ready for all of the day’s activities. During the wedding itself, Brittany and Katie doubled as audio/video experts, helped us juggle changes in our timeline as the day went along, tear-down after the wedding and everything in between.

For anyone planning a wedding now debating whether or not you need a day-of-coordinator or planner, you need one. It is challenging time to try and stay on top of all the changes happening right now. The reassurances we got as a result of having Bella Mystique on our side was truly hard to measure and we were so thankful that we got to work with such a hard-working, fun and caring company. We will always be grateful for everything!
