We design, plan, and create luxurious weddings and events for our clients. For twenty years we’ve honed our skills to offer a range of services to accommodate the diversity of our clients. We are the team and wedding planners that discerning clientele, Fortune 500 companies, and globally known brands trust with their most exclusive affairs.
Our expertise is found in consistently executing not just weddings and events, but creating iconic experiences for our clients and their guests. This includes destination wedding planning; milestone event planning such as Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, birthdays, and anniversaries; corporate event planning and corporate event production for openings, incentive or awards dinners, product launches, brand activations, and galas, as well as charity events for non-profit organizations.

Detailed Affair Events acts as a logistical strategist and organizational mastermind.
We set the timeline and budget for the event as a whole, forging partnerships with the creative team (vendors) who will service the event, managing this team, assisting the client with organizational tasks to keep the planning flowing smoothly throughout the process, and then streamlining the activities that take place on the wedding or event day.
Our planner is not tasked with generating the design or creative elements of the wedding or event; however, we do assist in finding the creative thinker who will best help our client in these capacities as well as assisting in the execution of various creative tasks.
