Our Full-Service Planning package provides our clients with full guidance planning their event from start to finish. We handle it all from venue scouting and design mockups to ensuring we book the perfect unique entertainment to really set the stage!

Our Month Of Planning package is designed for the couple who has begun to plan their wedding and is feeling a little overwhelmed in certain areas and don't really know what they should be handling next. We step in and assist you in picking up where you left off.

The Partial Planning Wedding Package includes:

Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)

At least three planning meetings between the client and planner

Access to EOAL planning resources (i.e. guest and vendor manager, seating charts, budget tracker, to-do list, etc.)

Preparation of bride and groom's timeline and checklists

Email reminders at the beginning of the month of what needs to be accomplished prior to the wedding

One visit to the ceremony and reception site(s) to go over the setup.

Assistance with selecting a color scheme, theme, and style of the wedding.

Provision of a list of preferred vendors, as needed, for the bride to use to set up appointments.

Ceremony planning: processional, recessional, and placement

Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors

Final walk-through with the client at selected sites (meeting should include the florist, if possible)

Supervise and Coordinate on Wedding Day from setup at Wedding Ceremony to end of the reception.
