ABOUT Farm & Fields Events and Floral Design

BACKGROUND - We are a three-woman award winning design team with over 35 years combined experience in design.

We have received awards from VA Living, Wedding Wire and Worthy Women for our work.

DESIGN SERVICES - We also offer a range of design services to create exactly the look that you want for your event . We can create the overall design for your event from floor plans, tables capes, graphic design for invitations and programs. We also offer a range of floral design services.

STORYBOARDS - We create comprehensive storyboards for our clients initially based on a bride's Pinterest board. This allows a springboard to use for creating exactly the look that the bride is seeking for her celebration.

SOFTWARE -We use software for our clients where they are able to have all of the information pertaining to their event under one wheelhouse - e.g contracts, vendor contacts, timeline, checklist and design studio.

PRICING- Our event planning services range begin at $3,500 which includes 9 hours of pre-event management, wedding rehearsal (3 hours), Day of Coordination with one event manager, and including estimated travel expenses.

Our floral design services range begin at $3,500 - and upwards based on our client's needs.
