At For Her Weddings & Events, we believe that everyone deserves a memorable celebration, and you should be able to create high quality moments without breaking your budget! Service packages are customizable to you, allowing me to cater to all budgets from small, and affordable to large and luxury.


With previous bridal industry knowledge as a stylist and business administration professional, we can help you with it all! Whether it's full service planning, partial assistance, day-of coordination, wedding gown assistance or just need advice on executing details on your own, we are here to ensure a smooth and enjoyable wedding and event planning journey!​

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Have everything planned out, but want to avoid to hassle of executing all the details on the big day?

Services Include but Not Limited To:

- Wedding Rehearsal, Ceremony & Reception Coordination

- 2 to 3 Face to Face / Virtual Meetings including Timeline Creation Meeting

- Review & Confirm Vendor Contracts, Insurance, and Logistics (1 Month Out)

- Final Walkthrough with Venue Coordinator (1 Month Out)

- 8 to 10 hours on the Day of Wedding

- Oversee all vendor commitments, set up, and timing of events on the day

- Set Up Assistance with Ceremony + Reception Decorations, Favors, Place Cards, etc.

- Pick up/drop off and set up all personal items

- Use of Emergency Bridal Kit

- Access to Wedding Planning Portal

- Monthly Check-ins (if applicable)

- Unlimited contact for questions, concerns, or additional support

- Personal Assistant to the Bride & more!

*Prices Minimum - $650
50% Deposit to Reserve Wedding Date

Wedding Date MUST BE at least 1 Months Out

- Coordination of Rehearsal, Ceremony, & Reception

- 3 to 4 Face to Face / Virtual Meetings including Timeline Creation & Seating Chart Set Up Meeting

- Partial Wedding Dress / Attire Management

- Partial Design & Stationary Decision Assistance

- Budget, Vendor, and Payment Management

- Creation of Floor Plan for Reception

- Set Up Assistance with Ceremony + Reception Decorations, Favors, Place Cards, etc.

- Rehearsal Dinner Consultation

- Access to Vendor Resources and Wedding Planning Portal

- Monthly Check-ins

This service is for couple's seeking advice on how to plan their dream wedding day on their own! Perfect for small, intimate weddings such as beach or backyard weddings.

$60/per session or $120 for 2 sessions

During your one-hour consultation, we will discuss:
- How to brainstorm and execute your wedding vision
- Starting the planning process and next steps
- Review of Budget
- Discuss any questions or concerns regarding planning

Unsure of where to begin when it comes to wedding planning? Or does someone being your personal assistant for your wedding sound like a great idea?! Then this package is for you!

- Full participation with vendor selections, contracts, and negotiations including scheduling all vendor meetings, meeting vendors, etc.

- Coordination of Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony, & Reception

- Lead Planner and Assistant Wedding Coordinator on the Day of Event

- Face to Face / Virtual Meetings including Timeline Creation Overview & Seating Chart Set Up Meeting

- Budget, Vendor, and Payment Management

- Access to Vendor Resources and Wedding Planning Portal

- Creation of Theme and Inspiration Board through Wedding Planning Portal

- Creation of Floor Plan for Reception

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rachel, a wedding coordinator who played an instrumental role in making my wedding day absolutely amazing. From our very first interaction until the last moments of the reception, Rachel demonstrated exceptional professionalism, genuine care, an incredible attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to punctuality.

Rachel's professionalism and attention to detail was evident in every aspect of her work. She exuded a level of expertise and knowledge of the wedding industry that shone through in her ability to handle any situation that arose with grace and confidence. She was always prepared, organized, and maintained a calm demeanor, even during a few hectic moments.

What struck me the most about Rachel was her genuine care for her clients. She took the time to understand our vision, preferences, and expectations for the day. Throughout the planning process, Rachel listened attentively, providing valuable advice and suggestions while still ensuring our wishes were at the forefront. Punctuality is often underestimated, Rachel understood the importance of sticking to the schedule and made sure that everything ran according to plan. From the timeline, to the decor, from coordinating with vendors to managing the logistics, Rachel had everything under control!

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Rachel enough as a wedding coordinator. Her professionalism, genuine care, exceptional attention to detail, and punctuality made her an invaluable asset to our wedding day!
