I am not sure even where to start. Amelia was a one-of-a-kind wedding planner. She made every vision I had come to life. She handled my type A personality and crazy ideas with a positive attitude(always) and a smile on her face. She is the kindest person and one with a knack for planning. Karla Casillas & Co and Faby SAVED us during our wedding planning process! From the very first call with them in March when I was panicked and stressed - to our wedding date, Faby and her whole team truly cared about making our wedding day everything we wanted and more! Faby is so sweet, organized, proactive and helpful. She made sure to follow up with me on a weekly basis and was very clear on what she needed from me and by when. I felt so comfortable voicing my opinion and asking her any question I had. Faby and Main Event Cabo made by wedding vision come to life with their gorgeous floral arrangements and décor - they literally can do anything! Even up until the wedding date, I was able to talk to her and even vent to her as a friend! Faby and Isabel made our wedding day perfect. They made sure every detail was perfected, any request we had was implemented and they make sure the day of goes smoothly in terms of timeline. They also made sure we had fun along the way because it's so easy to get bogged down by all the little things and forget how special of a time it is. I was so sad when our wedding was over because I knew it meant I wouldn't get to talk to Faby and her uplifting spirit on a weekly basis! I know most resorts come with a free wedding planner of some sort, but NOTHING can compare the quality of service Karla Casillas & Co provided. My only regret is not hiring them from the start when we picked our wedding venue and resort. We had a unique situation where we hired Faby with only a few months left until our wedding date, because nothing was going right with our resort's wedding planning team. Had I known truly how AMAZING Faby and her team would be, we would have hired them from the very start of our wedding planning process in 2018. What a ride. Planning a wedding is no joke! My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Karla's team with Amelia being our head planner and they did a PHENOMENAL job. The planning process was quite stressful but they helped us keep calm and reassured us anytime we went off the rail. Any issues or last minute changes that came up were addressed and handled promptly. Things went absolutely perfect on the day of the wedding and during all of our events surrounding the wedding day. I've started to write this review maybe ten times, and every time I had to stop because I couldn't find the rights words to describe just how grateful I am for the indescribably perfect wedding that Minerva, Cony, and the Karla Casillas & Co. team created for us. My husband (!) and I got married in front of 50 of our dearest friends on January 18, 2020, in Todos Santos, and every single person who was at the wedding has reached out to us with the most effusive praise: "It was the most beautiful wedding I've ever been to!" "The most well organized wedding I've ever seen!" "I go to a lot of events, and this was hands down the best one I've ever been to, down to the last detail." All of that praise belongs to the Karla Casillas & Co. team. Our lead planner, Minerva, was incredibly organized, kind, and professional. She presented us with fantastic options for our vendors, and she kept the planning process on schedule by sending us gentle reminders to make final decisions when we were too busy or distracted to focus on wedding planning. On the day of the wedding, she was absolutely key. She brought a calm and centered presence to the "chaos." Whenever anyone had a question, I would just respond, "ask Minerva!" and I knew Minerva would handle it, no matter what it was. I can honestly say we didn't feel an ounce of stress on the day of the wedding, and that was entirely because of Minerva. I also can't say enough good things about the design Cony created and the remarkable efficiency her team demonstrated in creating an absolutely magical setting for the wedding. Finally--but most importantly--Minerva, Cony, and the whole team are also just really, really good people that I'm honored to now call my friends. In short, HIRE THEM. It will be the best decision you make.

We were immediately impressed by Karla and Amelia, and how quickly the grasped our vision our our wedding. Thanks to their efforts, it was everything we hoped it would be! We primarily worked with Amelia throughout the planning process - she is detail-oriented, quick to respond, and did a fantastic job of keeping us on track. We spent about a year planning our wedding with Karla Casillas & Co. I knew planning a wedding in a different country, language & time zone would require more time than my career allowed so hiring a local wedding planner had to be in the budget. I interviewed a couple different companies & landed on KC&co. They worked with our budget & helped us create a unique and custom wedding, tailored to our taste, never sacrificing quality. I’m a very hands-on person, so letting go of control was difficult for me but our wedding planner Pamela made sure all the boxes were checked and brought our vision to life! Let me tell you, stepping off the plane, knowing everything is covered is worth EVERY peso! The last thing we wanted to do was run around Cabo, trying to make sure all the details are covered. Me and my wife are from the Bay Area, California, and discovered Karla Casilla & Co who immediately got back to us and held our hand every step of the way. Initially, we were a bit lost and confused and had many questions and concerns in which Karla immediately brought calmness as all her responses were exactly inline with what we needed to hear. They are a very professional company that keep you informed every step of the way. They do not nickle and dime you, they are flexible and have an amazing web platform for their clients and have a great working relationship with the best vendors that they have hand selected and trusted. There was nothing that was not thought of, remembered or covered. They basically took ALL the worry away from us and held our hand from literally start to finish allowing us to have the most beautiful wedding ever!

In particular, we worked with Pamela, who was assigned to our planning and was our main point of contact. She was extremely patient, prompt in replying to e-mails, calls, and answered any and all questions and was very patient and assisted us when we changed our mind a few times. She was extremely thorough and beyond professional. She kept us in line, worked with the vendors, planned every step from start to finish and was literally present for each and every event over the course of our entire stay. She made us feel at peace, and we did not have to worry about anything because Pamela was there and was attentive and ensured everything literally went smoothly during our entire stay. I can not explain in words how professional and thorough Pamela is, I mean literally everything went perfectly all because of Karla Casillas & Co and more so because of Pamela. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! And even after the wedding, she still followed up, and has let us know that she is there for any questions, such as delivery of photos from photographer etc. As I mentioned, they are there with you from start to finish even until every deliverable is delivered with satisfaction.

The Karla Casillas wedding planners are first class. They helped me from start to finish and the end product was exactly how I had imagined it. We were living in Atlanta while planning our dream wedding in Cabo and it was helpful having someone who actually lives there to assist in making decisions. We also wanted to plan events outside of the wedding day for our guests and this team jumped right in to make our sunset cruise, welcome party and rehearsal dinner perfect. Pamela was our planner and she was very personable and available whenever needed. She grasped my vision right away so I knew I could trust her with executing. Our experience working with Karla Casillas & CO was absolutely amazing. We worked directly with Minerva from day one for site visits up until us leaving Cabo after our wedding almost a year and a half later! Our wedding hit right as the pandemic started so we had to postpone 3 times. Minerva and her team worked with all our vendors to make sure it happened and made each transition very smooth. We could not have done it without them and their team. We worked with Cony on the design of our wedding and she listened to everything we wanted and made it all happen.

Minerva was our head wedding planner and I cannot say enough amazing things about her! She planned our dream wedding!!! We had to postpone our initial date and she made the process so incredibly easy - I did not have to worry about anything! Having a wedding during a pandemic is full of uncertainties and Minerva handled every situation calmly and always assured me not to worry our day would be amazing and it definitely was! Our guest list was constantly changing, even days before our wedding and Minerva and everyone on her team still made the table look great, and was able to update our seating chart last minute. I recently had my wedding in Cabo San Lucas with The Karla Casillas Team as my wedding planners and could not be any more happier with their services. My lead planner was Minerva and event stylist was Cony. They literally exceeded my expectations! Planning a wedding during this time (pandemic) was very challenging to say the least. As a bride my emotions were up and down, we struggled with a lot of uncertainty and stress leading up to the wedding and the whole team at Karla Casillas ( especially my lead wedding planner, Minerva) Always reassured me and kept my mind calm! Pamela and her team knocked it out of the park for our wedding! It was magical. We had to put a lot of trust in her because we didn’t even get to visit the venue or do a tasting or anything before the wedding because we had a baby in the middle of our engagement- and she did AMAZING! Every detail was perfect. She captured my vision perfectly! I was horrible about sending inspiration photos and doing Pinterest boards, and she STILL was able to capture my vision! I’m in awe of Pamela and her team. One thing I also want to mention that warmed my heart... when it was time for the baby and toddler to get in the shuttle to get home, Sarah (the assistant planner) helped carry the toddler up to the shuttle! Where do I even begin - Karla and her team are so amazing!! Minerva was our wedding planner, and we couldn’t have loved her more!! Besides the fact that she is super sweet and beyond pleasant to work with - she makes it feel like no request is too crazy or too ridiculous! As with all brides recently, we had many changes to our wedding plans, and Minerva was there all along the way. She made sure our vision came to life, and it was even more perfect than I could have imagined! From the big things to the little details, she was on top of it all - including making sure that my “must have” little burro was there and ready in his flower crown when I walked down the aisle :)! We had a small elopement with 8 guests, and she was so kind to go to the store herself to get some snacks and drinks for the welcome bags that I couldn’t travel with. Minerva made everything so seamless our whole weekend, and I definitely couldn’t have done it without her!! I HIGHLY recommend Karla and her team if you are looking to get married in Cabo!! I can't thank Faby enough for keeping me from losing my mind during this process! I wish I would have hired her sooner! She was always calm and reassuring (even when I was not so calm).
