We are a full service luxury wedding planning and design company based in San Diego, CA specializing in a sophisticated planning experience to provide opulent and glamorous results. Our very own comprehensive and unique OBP planning and design process is guaranteed to make sure all details are accounted for and none are overlooked. Our goal is to showcase your unique style and personality through wedding design and production so that when your guests walk in, their first words are, "Wow...this is so them." By hiring us, you're guaranteed to enjoy your wedding day with your friends and family knowing we are behind the scenes taking care of all logistics and production. We hope to have the honor of hearing from you to discuss how we can make your wedding dreams come to life.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Our Month-of-Coordination starts about 6-8 weeks before the wedding. We go over all the details our couples have planned for their wedding and any that have either been over-looked or need tweaking. This makes this package perfect for the bride who wants to do all the planning, but needs us to fill in any missing components to the wedding. This package also includes ceremony rehearsal direction and full wedding day coordination. Our couples are more than welcome to add any services from our à la carte menu should they need additional assistance.

• Décor setup & breakdown
• Vendor confirmations (approx. 2 weeks prior to wedding)

We guide you through the entire planning process from concept to completion, to ensure a beautiful and seamless event for all aspects of your wedding day. Our Premier Wedding Package allows us to do our best work without any restrictions on time spent throughout the planning process that deal with the wedding day itself. We want to assure that you are thrilled with everything, every step of the way and guarantee that working with Occasions by Bea Prescilla will enable you to have a fun, easy and stress-free option for planning, designing and coordinating your wedding. Our Premier Wedding Package offers personalized planning, inspired by your unique style and personality for a truly distinct and unforgettable event. Our Premier Wedding Package includes:

• Access to a premier online planning tool (not available with any other package)

• On-site appointments (1 per wedding category upon signed contract with vendor)

• Wedding day assistants (for up to 150 guests. For every 50 guests after 150, an additional assistant is needed for an additional charge)
