Your Olívia team will walk you through every step of the planning timeline, planning menus, sending invites and more. When you book us for full service, you’re not just booking a planner - you’re booking a planner, a designer, a stylist and a coordinator. When we say full service, we mean it.

If you feel like you’ve got the planning portion of your day covered but either have no idea where to start with the look, or maybe you want to be sure that your wedding day design will blow your guests’ mind… this package is for you. From dreaming up and sketching out exactly how each phase of your day will look to researching, sourcing, mocking up and securing all your design-based vendors. We will completely handle how your day looks and feels so you can just focus on your menu and music selections.
