Desiree was an incredible planner and partner in crime throughout the process. Her "can do", "we'll figure this out" attitude was my saving grace and such a welcome relief during an intense time / process. Someway, some how, she managed to make me laugh and see the fun and appreciate all the ridiculousness that comes with wedding planning. Her ability to see a theme and pull everything together and onto that theme is incredible. I only wish she could apply this amazing skill in other areas of my life! Last but not least, Desiree is an amazing person - and super fun to spend time with! I am thrilled to have found her and Penny Blooms and to have had her manage our wedding!

I cannot recommend Desiree and her company Penny Blooms highly enough to you all! Desiree is the consummate professional but also exceptionally creative and really fun to work with! The vision of our event was perfect and all the level of detail meticulous. Desiree is calm and collected but also never missed a chance to bring some fun energy to our wedding!

Desiree and Linnea were awesome to work with on our wedding! They brought up things we didn't think of, vendor recommends, and with the craziness of planning a wedding they made the process a lot easier than doing it on our own. Our wedding turned out beautiful, fun, memorable and everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you guys!!!

Desiree was so great to work with as our month-of coordinator. My partner & I are big time procrastinators (we contacted Desiree in January for our 200+ guest April wedding), but she's a true professional and was instrumental in getting our wedding planning on track.
Desiree was understanding of our budget and helped us clarify our wedding vision while ensuring we prioritized the things that were most important to us. Her vendor recommendations were all on point and she had suggestions for all the practical details we would have totally overlooked.
While we enjoyed all our meetings and communications with Des, on event day she is all business. With a big event like a wedding, there's always going to be something that doesn't go according to plan. That's why it's worth every penny to have a professional like Desiree there to deal with anything and everything that could go wrong.
From uninvited guests, a moldy keg, a no-show dogsitter, managing two large and disorganized families - Desiree handled it all! And those are just the things we heard about. I'm sure there was plenty more going on behind the scenes that Des and her assistants handled without us ever knowing!
We had several guests and family members come up to us throughout the night to tell us what a great job she was doing to make everything run smoothly.
Our wedding day totally exceeded our expectations and it was so surreal to see our vision brought to life. We know it was all thanks to Desiree and her team, so we couldn't recommend Penny Blooms enough!

Penny Blooms (Des) was the perfect choice for our wedding!

At the 11th hour, we were beginning to stress over the details and we needed someone to pick things up where we left them and guide us up until the big day. Not only did Des recommend amazing vendors that were within our budget, she was also an incredible producer/organizer on the wedding day. Des is like a fairy godmother, right there with you to fix any issues that come up- and they will! She took care of everything so that my husband and I could relax.

Penny Blooms did such a great job, many of our guests wanted Des’ info and one hired her a few weeks later.

I highly recommend Penny Blooms.

If I could give Des 10 stars I literally would! She worked with us for the past year and a half planning and coordinating our dream wedding. She listened, helped showcase ideas and also executed flawlessly!

She was able to explain to my husband my vision and he got it! She also constantly calmed me down, whether it was an email, text or call!

She literally is one of the best in the business. Do yourself a favor and book her! You will NOT regret it!!

Working with Desiree was so amazing. She was always super professional but very down to earth and easy to work cooperatively with. She and her team seriously hustled throughout our entire wedding and made it so incredibly easy for us to enjoy the day free of stress. I loved working with her and 100% would do so again!

This review is long over due and well deserved for Desiree and the penny blooms team. They made our dream wedding possible even when I thought it wasn't. Desiree worked with our budget and even helped us save money along the way with her great ideas.

She was prompt with her emails and exceeded our expectations! Penny Blooms brought all of my wedding visions to life and more. She even was able to stop by and pick up wedding decor and signs all the way in LA! We are forever grateful to Penny Blooms and Desiree for being a big part of the best day of our lives. Do not hesitate to book Penny Blooms! You will be happy you did. :)
