PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Recommended for the bride who planned every detail herself but wants a professional around on the wedding day to make sure things run smoothly, so she does not have to worry or do any check up on the big day. On the wedding day, we ensure that your plans are carried out smoothly and discreetly handle any problems that may arise.
Payment on a hourly basis - minimum of 10 hours, 2 hours before + 8 hours on the wedding day
Recommended for the bride who can oversee details herself but wants a professional around on the wedding day to make sure things run smoothly.
For couples who have already planned out their wedding, our trained and experienced wedding coordinators are available to make sure your plans get facilitated without a hitch! On the wedding day, we ensure that your plans are carried out smoothly and discreetly handle any problems that may arise. Your coordinator will also handle communication between the venue, caterer, DJ, photographer, and the couples’ parents to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Recommended for the bride who are busy and needs the hands-on professional help from a wedding planner from the proposal to the honeymoon.
This service includes planning and coordinating for those who desire complete management of their big day. From the invitations to your getaway car, we put together an elite team of professionals to make sure everything is exactly how YOU want it. With monthly face-to-face meetings & unlimited phone calls, we help you select all vendors, discuss & manage a budget, and assist with styling the wedding of your dreams.

Christel har været med til at planlægge mit fantastiske bryllup, og jeg har kun godt at sige om dette. At anvende en bryllupsplanlægger kan varmt anbefales. Det gjorde, at vi aldrig var stresset eller i tvivl om, at noget blev overset eller glemt.

Planlægning tager tid og krever en masse ting å sette sig ind i. Planlægningen optil var skøn, behagelig og uden stress da Christel og Amalie var med til at planlægge. Jeg gjorde kun de ting jeg selv syntes var hyggelig, og ellers hadde de styr på det hele. Det gav å en ro i all tid optil at vide det hele bliver ordnet af nogle der ikke laver annet enn brylluper.
På dagen kørte alt som det skulle, til trods for at forlover blev innlagt natten optil og det regnet enormt meget så vielse skulle flyttes - så var det ikke noget der kom til at stresse mig som brud, for jeg visste at Christel og Amalie ville få styr på det hele selv med uvænted regnvær.
Udover det praktiske - så søde mennesker med god energi og masser af kærlighed! De er å gode til at se de ting man har brug for at høre, og deres personlige engagement gør virkelig at man nyder det hele.

We had big dreams, plans and ideas about our wedding. Ideas that had never been realized in Denmark before. We wanted to celebrate our love, our family and our friends. And we wanted to surprise everybody with initiatives that was not done before.
We contacted Christel - and she made all our dreams come through!!! Because of Christel’s very focus and detail, and because of Christel’s huge network consisting of professionals that can make things happen, we had the most wonderful wedding that anyone could ever dream of!

I forbindelse af mit bryllup under Corona nedlukningen var Christel en exceptionel sparringspartner. Hver gang jeg tænkte “ nu må vi aflyse, fik Christel talt mig til ro”. Jeg følte at Christel, ikke blot lyttede af pligt men oprigtigt.

En uforglemmelig dag.
Vi kunne ikke have gjort det uden Amalie og Christel’s hjælp. Det var en tryghed hele tiden at have dem ved hånden og kunne få hjælp til alle spørgsmål man havde på hjertet.
I vores situation skulle vi planlægge brylluppet fra Berlin af, og selvom vi gik ind i corona-tiden fik Amalie og Christel alt til at gå op.
Den største befrielse for os, var vi ikke skulle bekymre os om noget på dagen/natten. De var ved vores side hele tiden, og gjorde vi ikke skulle stå til rådighed for nogle spørgsmål, alt gik som planlagt. Amalie og Christel endte med at kende os så godt at de kunne tag beslutninger på vores vegne hvis det skulle til. Så vi havde en uforglemmelig dag fra start til slut. Vi vil til hver en tid bruge CW igen, også selvom det ikke er et bryllup vi skal holde ❤️

Vi connectede med Christel på vores allerførste møde. Vi gav hende nogle key words at arbejde med og hun vidste allerede derfra, hvor vi skulle starte. Vi ansatte hende derfor på stedet. Vi holdte et destinations bryllup og Christel fik til opgave at stå for det hele og tage med hele ugen op til brylluppet, for at sætte det hele op og få styr på alt, så vi ikke skulle gøre noget selv. Der manglede absolut intet, og hvis det gjorde bemærkede vi det ikke. Vi kom bare så meget under huden på hinanden og der er slet ikke noget at sætte en finger på. Hun er dybt professionel og virkelig dygtig til sit arbejde og er god til at finde løsninger lyn-hurtig. Hun er en MEGA god beslutnings- og initiativtager. Vores venner og familie er lige så begejstret for hende som os. Vi kunne ikke have haft en bedre bryllupsplanlægger end Christel. Det var meget vemodigt at sige slutte vores samarbejde med hende for vi kom så tæt på hinanden. Heldigvis kan vi kalde os for rigtige gode venner, som stadig har kontakt til hinanden. Skal I ikke bruge en wedding planner - men har brug for en sparring i forbindelse med et bryllup, så kan jeg varmt anbefale, at tage en snak med Christel. Vi skulle have bryllup for min datter og svigersøn, og var som sådan ikke inde over brylluppet - men ville gerne bidrage med lidt. Var meget i tvivl om, hvordan vi skulle gribe det an og hvor meget vi skulle "blande" os - Derfor henvendte jeg mig til Christel og fik en times "coaching" og sparring som gave os ro i maven samt overblik over, hvad vi kunne gøre, og hvad vi ikke skulle blande os i. Holda op, hvor var det en KÆMPE hjælp, og noget jeg helt klart vil benytte mig af, når vi forhåbentlig skal have bryllup igen med vores yngste datter. STOR tak til Christel for hendes proffesionelle hjælp og sparring.

Min mand og jeg bookede et møde med Christel for at få inspiration til bryllups-locations. Vi blev mødt med smil, varme, masser af ideer og nok det vigtigste for os - nemlig ærlighed.
Vi endte med at falde for Næsbyholm Slot - på trods af det var det slot. Vi ønskede os en havefest med udendørs vielse, som kunne være nede på jorden og afslappet. Christel og hendes team lyttede til alle vores ønsker og skruede ned for meget af det "fine" og erstattede det med alle vores ønsker om bl.a. store baljer af drikkevarer, vin på bordene og aflasppet råhygge. Christel and Amalie are wonderful planners and truly helped make our dreams come to life. Coming from the US, we needed help every step of the way, which they happily did. They have great local sources of vendors they work with often which makes the process much more comfortable. We are so appreciative of everything they did and wish we could do it all again!

We had our dream wedding in Copenhagen, orchestrated by Christel. We found her one year before our wedding and she immediately made us comfortable, advising on wedding locations, photographers, and tips. We went with pretty much all her suggestions - and the day was more perfect than we ever could have imagined. We live in NYC, so planning across the ocean wasn't always simple, but she made it seamless and fun. I highly recommend partnering with Christel to make your wedding unique and special!

We could not recommend Christel Winther Weddings more highly! Amalie and Christel made the wedding of our dreams possible despite impossible circumstances. It was not an easy task, we are based in California, and had a week-long wedding celebration in Denmark with guests from across the world. Because of COVID-19, we were never able to meet any vendors in-person and only communicated with CWW and vendors virtually. Despite all these barriers, Amalie and Christel flawlessly executed the most amazing event! From the beginning of the planning process, Christel Winther Weddings understood our vision for our big day and worked passionately to make it come to life.
Amalie and Christel are pros at event planning, they are organized and know what needs to get done. They guided us through the decisions that needed to be made and kept our planning on schedule. Their experience and professionalism eased any wedding anxiety. They listened when we had ideas we wanted to incorporate into the event and found ways to get our asks done. Because Amalie and Christel have excellent contacts and resources, they were able to find us the best possible vendors for everything we needed. They were also realistic with us, they would tell us if something wasn’t worth sacrificing on budget and in the end always respected our decisions.
Throughout the planning process Amalie and Christel had excellent communication. Even with a nine hour time difference, Amalie and Christel were always available to hear us out and answer questions. We knew we could send them a note and hear back despite being on the other side of the world. Also, they respected our personal needs. For example, if we had a busy work week and couldn’t discuss wedding planning, we would let them know and they would hold off on e-mails or scheduling meetings until they knew we were available. We felt comfortable doing this because we knew they were working in the background and would take care of anything needed.
Christel Winther Weddings ensured everything went smoothly during the wedding week. Amalie and Christel were on hand to check in on our locations and vendors before guests arrived. We had no organization-related stress during the wedding and were able to enjoy the wedding and celebrate with our friends and family. Even our guests noticed how well organized the events were!
Amalie and Christel also have impeccable social graces. They always made our guests and family feel comfortable. Amalie and Christel helped us navigate stress, emotions and cultural differences. They knew exactly when to engage in conversations and solve problems, and when to quietly step away to let guests enjoy themselves.

We knew we could send them a note and hear back despite being on the other side of the world. Also, they respected our personal needs. For example, if we had a busy work week and couldn’t discuss wedding planning, we would let them know and they would hold off on e-mails or scheduling meetings until they knew we were available. We felt comfortable doing this because we knew they were working in the background and would take care of anything needed.
Christel Winther Weddings ensured everything went smoothly during the wedding week. Amalie and Christel were on hand to check in on our locations and vendors before guests arrived. We had no organization-related stress during the wedding and were able to enjoy the wedding and celebrate with our friends and family. Even our guests noticed how well organized the events were!
Amalie and Christel also have impeccable social graces. They always made our guests and family feel comfortable. Amalie and Christel helped us navigate stress, emotions and cultural differences. They knew exactly when to engage in conversations and solve problems, and when to quietly step away to let guests enjoy themselves.

Vi havde et fuldstændig fantastisk bryllup, hvor vi fik præcis den hjælp og vejledning, som vi havde brug for, til at skabe de helt perfekte rammer for os.

If you are looking for a experienced destination wedding planner
I would recommend Christel Winther.
I find that Christel's personality creates a calm atmosphere even though she is responsible for all aspects of planning a wedding in foreign country.
Maybe because its really not at all unfamiliar to her. It's clear to see that she handle new challenges as well.
As a wedding photographer, I have had the pleasure of working with Christel in Mallorca.
I would therefore highly recommend listening to Christel experience when you need a planner for a destination wedding.
I do not know any wedding planner, with the same experience as her.
I highly recommend her.

Christel helped make our dream destination wedding come true.
She did an amazing job, both in the plannings process, but also at the location, making sure my husband and I could enjoy our weekend with our guests with out getting stressed - still making sure all our wishes were more than fulfilled.
She is always in a good mood, and pleasant to be around - She made sure to create a happy environment, where obstacles were solved with out stressing us out.
She made magic happen in Tuscany, and I give her my warmest recommendations.

We absolutely loved every single moment of working with Christel and Amalie! They helped us create the most magical and beautiful wedding weekend and we had so much fun during the planning process. It would definitely not have been the same without them.
