Once upon a time, on a gorgeous fall day in New Bern, a historical village nestled between two rivers, two lovers named Lauren and Ben were wed in the Tyron Palace. This palace was the official residence and headquarters for British governors from 1770 to 1759. Rich with history and crafted in traditional Georgian-style design, this converted palace set a luxurious backdrop for Lauren and Ben’s fairytale wedding. Prior to the wedding, things were quite stressful with the couple’s full schedules and plans to move to Arizona. The planners at French Bee saw a picture of Lauren’s wedding dress and ran with it as a focus of their design. Gold embellishments and a cascading chiffon cape were all the inspiration they needed to create this stunning royal-inspired wedding design.
