Hamilton Events specializes in full service wedding planning and event management in the Carolinas. We primarily serve Columbia, Greenville, Charleston, SC, and Charlotte, NC. But we travel all across the Carolinas. We offer our clients affordable attention to detail, in-depth configuration, and efficient execution for your event. Our ultimate mission in the wedding industry is to consistently reflect Christ while providing high quality service to our brides and grooms.

From budget assistance and timeline development to day-of coordination, we will be with you every step of the way!

Do you want to plan everything yourself, but need someone else to be your work horse for your big day? This package is for the bride who needs that point person to execute each meticulous detail, act as a liaison to all vendors, family, and bridal party, and to execute a seamless wedding weekend.

Do you want your wedding day to reflect timeless class or current style, but can’t seem to put it all together for the big picture? We can develop your wedding design from color palette to table decor and more. In addition to design implementation, this package includes FREE access to all Hamilton Events, LLC decor.

We offer a wide range of decor rental items big and small. From cheesecloth table runners to classic votives, we've got you covered! You pick out your favorite pieces, and we provide the set up and break down at your event.

I wish I could give 10 stars because Jaynie did an INCREDIBLE job coordinating our wedding reception! We actually had a couple of other people lined up to do the job, but a covid exposure left us with no coordinator six days before the wedding. Not only was Jaynie willing and able to commit to helping us, she did the job we had created for two people all by herself. My mom is the pickiest person I know, and she could not stop talking about how perfectly Jaynie executed every single detail. Her excellent communication and flexibility were exactly what we needed after such a stressful week of plans changing. As the bride, I felt completely at ease knowing everything was being taken care of so well. If my own experience isn't enough to convince you that Jaynie's services can't be beat, I witnessed one of my vendors asking for her contact information because he does a lot of weddings and recognized how impeccable her level of service was. If you have a vision for your wedding and want someone you can trust to make things happen as seamlessly as possible, Jaynie is your girl!

Ashley and her team at Hamilton Events were the perfect fit for our wedding and helped us have the wedding day we always dreamed of. Our venue allowed us to select many of our own vendors and left much of the planning to us, so we decided to chose the full planning package from Hamilton events. With this Ashley was wonderful in assisting us in coordinating vendors, communicating to vendors, planning the layout/ design, having multiple walk-throughs, and helping our vision for the day come alive! Ashley provided us with ample resources that helped us stay on track with the planning timeline and ensured that every detail was taken care of. She continually met with us throughout the process and always was available for any concerns or thoughts along the way. Ashley and her team are very professional, kind, and fun to work with! When the big day came Ashley and the team took care of everything leaving us with less stress and more time to enjoy our day. We are so thankful to have had Ashley work with us and we could not have chosen a better or more dependable company than Hamilton events for our Wedding. If you are looking for a wedding planner/coordinator I highly recommend the Hamilton Events and their fun, caring, and reliable team!
