As your full-service wedding planner, we will provide comprehensive event management and guidance throughout the entire wedding planning process. We are proud to partner with the industry’s leading venues and professionals, and in this package, we will coordinate it all.
We will begin by creating a design concept inspired by your unique vision for the day, and the experience you want to create for you and your guests. Then, through our extensive network, we will assemble vendors that compliment your distinct style and needs. With this, we will gather proposals, schedule meetings, and negotiate contracts on your behalf to make the most efficient use of your time.
In the end, we will ensure you have an exceptional team on your side and that no detail is overlooked. From creative direction, to vendor curation, to logistical management… we will orchestrate every aspect of your wedding to create something magical.
For clients who prefer to plan their own wedding, but need additional guidance and logistical management throughout the planning process, we offer partial planning with complete day-of execution.
To begin, we set you up for wedding planning success with custom vendor recommendations, tailored to fit your unique style and budget, and useful online planning tools to guide you along the way.
Next, we will work with you to hone the overall vision for your wedding. This will include color scheme development, design board creation, and more.
Then, for continued support throughout the wedding planning process, we will have monthly consultation calls to touch base with you and offer any needed extra advice. We are here to help!
Lastly, in the final months leading up to the wedding day, we will identify and finalize outstanding items, confirm and coordinate service with all hired vendors, create day-of timelines, and much more to ensure the wedding day runs seamlessly.
For clients who want to plan their own wedding, but still wish to hire a professional for the day-of logistical elements, we offer month-of coordination with complete day-of execution.
We will help you get set up for success from the start, provide you with online planning tools to guide you along the way, and touch base with you in a consultation call in the middle of planning.
Then, eight weeks out from your wedding date, we will come in and tie up any loose ends, manage your vendor team, and coordinate all of the details on the wedding day.

She was responsive to our questions and pro active about our concerns. We had one of those delayed by a year weddings so there was much more time spent planning then would have normally been the case. So many little details go into a wedding. This was a destination wedding over a long weekend so there were several days, many vendors to coordinate and many moving parts. Christine was always calm, she and her staff, who were on site throughout the Weeknd, were on top of every detail, and everything went off exactly as planned!!! What more could you ask for?
